BYPASS DOUBLE /QUAD CONFIGURATIONS & OPTIONS

Bypass Double or Quadruple Door Installation T he Bypass door installation may be used when this is the desired appearance and when there is INSUFFICIENT wall space to the right AND/OR the left of the wall opening for a traditional barn door installation. A double bypass in- stallation uses two sliding door tracks instead of one. The second door track is cantilevered in front of the first track. The doors roll in front and behind each other. For a Bypass Double door installation, you will need 2 doors, 2 sliding door hardware kits plus 1 bypass rail bracket kit (see pg 14). For a Bypass Quadruple door installation (such as shown at left – see door on pg 49), you will need 4 doors, 4 sliding door hardware kits, plus 2 bypass rail bracket kits. Available only with Traditional hardware options.

Bi-Fold Doors installation

T his two-piece Bi-Fold door installation is an ideal choice to conserve space in pantries, closets, kitchens, and more. The Bi-fold Sliding Door is used when space on either side of a wall opening will not allow a standard slid- ing door installation, providing unique functionality and space-saving opportunity. The bi-fold installation features two door panels that are hinged together and slide along the accompanying upper track. One of the two doors is fixed at one outer edge and provides the pivot point against which the doors fold. The door panels slide and fold simultaneously as you open the door. Installation is like regular barn door hardware. The hardware kit includes hinges to attach the 2 door panels together. BarnCraft rollers included with this in- stallation kit are GAGE style rollers only.
