This ships in our 6-door shipping box. We have found that our customers get the best product and the best results when we ship a pre- hung unit door and frame together in the same shipment. If you require the door frame earlier than the door, we suggest that you order the appropriate door frame jamb kit, and assemble the frame yourself on the job-site. If we ship the frame separately from the door, we cannot guarantee the alignment of the door to the frame, or the alignment of the hardware. Receiving Your Shipment Please inspect any shipment for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If damage is found, you should make a notation on the delivery receipt, and file a claim for damage with the delivering freight carrier, or notify GlassCraft if delivered on a company truck. GlassCraft Door Company assumes no liability for any damage which may occur during shipping. If there is no visible damage to the shipment, we suggest that you note on your delivery receipt/bill of lading not checked for concealed damage at the time of delivery.
