ADJUSTING THE FRAME HEIGHT & BOTTOM FRAME PLUGS 4

1. Before installing the frame, the bottom frame plugs may need to be trimmed to properly fit the opening. 2. Keep in mind that existing floors may not be perfectly level. The le and right frame plugs may require dierent amounts of trimming. This is normal. 3. Position each frame plug beside the opening, as shown. This will indicate how much material needs to be removed. 4. Mark the cut location, then label each plug L for Le and R for Right to keep them matched to the correct side. 5. Apply masking tape around the cutting area to help protect the finish, then carefully trim the plug to size. 6. Repeat this process on the opposite side. 7. Once both plugs have been trimmed and test-fitted, install them into the bottom of the frame.

3. Position each frame plug beside the opening.

4. Mark the cut location, then label each plug.

5. Carefully trim the plug to size.

7. Install plugs into the bottom of the frame.
